How the Reimbursement Process Works

- Complete your application. Work with the Jason Lewis Chevrolet sales team to complete the reimbursement application. You will need your vehicle agreement, equipment invoice, and completed application.
- Receive your reimbursement. Once General Motors reviews and approves your application, you will receive reimbursement for eligible expenses up to $1,500.
